Fishmonger's Hall

The Fishmongers’ Hall is home to one of the oldest Livery Companies of the City of London – The Company of Fishmongers; For 700 years it has stood on the banks of the River Thames, playing a leading role in upholding the standards in the trading of fish and shellfish in England. On behalf of Sykes & Son Ltd, Form Visual were invited to photograph and document the completion phase of a delicate restoration project on this grade II listed building. An exceedingly high-standard of decorating, gilding and refurbishment works were carried out over the summer of 2021, in a project that spanned over approx. 6-12 months, bringing much of the original and historic interiors back to life.
